Sending us pictures of your current space. From there, Alice personally reviews your project and gives you a preliminary estimate, either over the phone or through a short, personalized Loom video made just for you.
Once the preliminary estimate works for you, we schedule a complimentary in-person visit to your home. We bring physical sample materials so you can see the colors, feel the textures, and make confident decisions.
After the visit, we put together a highly detailed proposal with every element clearly spelled out.
The design phase includes up to three revisions, so the final plan reflects exactly what you had in mind. We also offer optional photorealistic 3D renderings so you can see your staircase brought to life before construction begins.
After you approve the proposal, we schedule your project into our calendar. The typical waiting period is 3-4 weeks. If your design calls for specialty woods or custom elements, plan for 5-6 weeks to source exactly the right materials.
We strongly encourage hiring professional movers before work begins. If that’s not an option, we offer an in-house furniture moving service.
At the end of your project, we do a full walkthrough together so you can inspect every inch of the work and ask any questions. We want you to love what you see before we consider the job complete.
Every project we handle from start to finish is backed by our 5-year comprehensive warranty. If something needs attention, we’ll come back and fix it.
