Stair Creations installed a horizontal iron rail system in our home and did a beautiful job.
The crew was diligent and precise in everything they did — removal of the old rails, prep for the new, installation, and clean-up.
The crew took great care to match the stain on the oak posts and support pieces to the stain on the hardwood floors. When we had a follow-up question a few days after installation, they responded immediately and came back for additional touch-up.
