Worked with Stair Creations to have a railing system installed. They did what many others could not or would not do, and in a short suspense scenario. Turned out beautifully.
In discussing the project it was also mentioned that they could stain and seal the railings as well as sand and finish the stairs and hardwoods. I was already committed to another vendor for those services, so I didn’t use Stair Creations.
When I saw the poor job the other vendor did, I called Stair Creations and they nailed it again, redoing the work to perfection.

Stair Creations remodeled our staircase and top-level catwalk. We were able to keep our red oak staircase (saving money) and upgrade the railing components to create the modern look we desired.
As with many projects, we had to adjust some things along the way and they were flexible and accommodating. Their custom approach to our project allowed us to achieve our vision.
The craftsmanship is superior. One example, they cut off the original stair nosing and replaced it with a different profile nosing. With the flooring, we supplied a picture of what we wanted and they were able to achieve it.
Their work transformed these areas from ordinary to unforgettable. We plan to work with them again in the near future.
We just finished a project with Stair Creations. We changed carpet to hardwood floors in our 3 level townhouse and changed all the handrails from the old-looking original ones to a more modern look.
Every member of the team is very knowledgeable and well trained. They have specific tasks assigned. The plan overall was well coordinated and completed on time.
To me the most important thing was the ability to see the updates on the project everyday in an online system. The team uploads photos every day about the progress.
Also, Carlos specifically was calling us to address any doubts or questions, for example to schedule and select the final floor color. We are extremely happy with the quality, the service and the overall result.
